There can be rare events when customers aren't satisfied with the shoe size. We offer one time exchange of the shoes, free of charge! The new size item is sent free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for the costs for returning the item that doesn't fit. We will send you an address for the return.
If the request for shoes exchange differs by 2 or more sizes, we offer size exchange for a fee.
